Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Bridgett S McLean, a singe woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corporation, on June 26, 2018, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marengo County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book: 2018 Page: 428; the undersigned PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Linden, Marengo County, Alabama, on June 20, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Marengo County, Alabama, to-wit: All of Lots Numbered One, Two and Three in Block C, as said lots appear and are laid down and described on the map or plat of the Glynhurst Addition to the City of Demopolis, which map or plat is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marengo County, Alabama in Deed Book SS, Page 322..
